Due the current Covid-19 / Coronavirus situation we have suspended the availability of online tickets until 22nd May.
We will be reviewing this situation on an ongoing basis during these uncertain times.
Online tickets are not refundable, however for tickets purchased before 17th March for travel up to 22nd May, we will be happy to offer free cancellation or to move your booking to a later date in 2020. For all other tickets we will be happy to move your booking to a later date in 2020, and to offer refunds in the event that services continue to be suspended.
Given the ongoing uncertainty we advise you not to purchase online tickets at this time unless you are certain of your plans. Tickets purchased from 17th March will not be refunded (as we are charged both for booking and refunds), but we will still be happy to move your booking to a later date in 2020.
Tickets for a journey on the Bala Lake Railway can be purchased in advance via ‘Webticketmaster’. Please use the ticket link below to go to our booking page. Please note, that online bookings need to be made no later than the previous day. Only return tickets are available in advance. If you want to purchase tickets on the day of travel, or you want single tickets, please purchase them from the guard on the train.
