Booking is now open for our ‘Mince Pie Special’ trains this December.
Get into the mood for Christmas this year by joining us for a festive treat on one of our trains.
We expect these trains to get booked up quickly, so please don’t delay and book early to avoid disappointment.
Here’s what you can expect:
- See the railway decorated for Christmas with Christmas characters to help and entertain you
- Enjoy a hot drink (or alternative) and a mince pie on arrival at Llanuwchllyn
- Brass band playing Christmas tunes
- Christmas lights and decorations on our trains
- A return ride to Llangower station
- On the return journey there will be an additional stop where Santa will make an appearance on the platform to wish your party a Happy Christmas and give children a gift of a chocolate selection box - adults will also be offered a glass of mulled wine.
Trains will depart at the following times on Saturday:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time, to allow us to serve your drinks and mince pies.
Pre-booking is essential as there will be no ticket sales on the day.
